The house has sleeping space for four people (2 sleeping places on the ground floor + 2 sleeping places in the loft area). The loft is accessible via a multifunctional staircase that also functions as a storage cabinet. This cabinet is also equipped with a foldable work/dining table. The house also features a spacious bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen includes an oven, cooktop, refrigerator, and extractor hood. The house is equipped with a heat pump for both heating and cooling. The floor has 150 mm insulation, while the walls and ceiling have 100 mm insulation. Our houses have been tested in a Scandinavian climate and can be used comfortably all year round.
