Over the past 10 years, Mait Aus has specialized in the design and development of CLT and solid wood construction solutions.
With extensive experience in wood technology, Mait primarily focuses on private homes and leisure buildings, where he combines technical precision with creativity in every project.
His innovative approach enables the development of unique and customized architectural solutions that optimally meet clients’ needs. Mait has in-depth knowledge of modern solid wood construction technologies and is dedicated to helping clients achieve more efficient, sustainable, and visually outstanding results.
He has also completed training as a building surveyor and has excellent knowledge of Norwegian construction laws and regulations, ensuring safety and quality throughout the entire construction process.
Mait has collaborated with various architectural firms and construction companies throughout Norway. He has also worked as a construction project manager for Tesla Norway, where he contributed to the development of the infrastructure needed for electric vehicles in the country.
His professional background demonstrates extensive experience in construction and engineering, making him one of Norway’s most qualified specialists in the development and construction of private homes and other residential buildings.
Allan Hünerson
Allan Hünerson has more than 15 years of experience in the production of prefabricated house elements, with a strong background in delivering innovative construction solutions across Europe. He has played a central role in numerous forward-looking projects, including the development and implementation of housing concepts based on CLT (cross-laminated timber) and solid wood construction.
Throughout his career, Allan has worked closely with renowned manufacturers of prefabricated house elements and CLT structures, gaining extensive technical expertise and practical experience in the field of sustainable, high-performance timber construction.
Allan holds an MBA in Business Administration and has previously worked for several years with international companies such as Scania and ABB. His broad experience in business management, production development, and innovation enables him to take a comprehensive approach to projects and consistently find the best possible solutions — even for highly demanding and complex projects or assignments.
Vitali Kornõljev
Vitali Kornõljev has more than 20 years of practical experience in the construction and production of prefabricated element houses and modular homes across Europe. Through extensive experience gained from both private and public construction projects, Vitali has developed deep expertise in all stages of the construction process — from foundation works to completed roofing.
As Production Director at Innbolig, he is responsible for the entire production line and ensures that all manufacturing processes operate efficiently and deliver products of the highest quality. He also supervises all construction teams and subcontractors, ensuring that every project is completed with maximum precision, quality, and efficiency.
Vitali has a true passion for the construction industry and brings a practical, solution-oriented approach to every project, making him a key contributor in the planning, management, and execution of construction projects.
With more than two decades of experience in the field, he has developed several innovative solutions and new production methods that have contributed to modernizing and optimizing the way prefabricated element houses and modular homes are designed and manufactured.
