All our wheeled tiny house models can be delivered as off-grid houses for plots without access to electricity, water, or sewage connections, or for remote locations. The houses have their own electrical system with solar panels, batteries, and a generator, as well as fresh water tanks and wastewater collection tanks. We can also add various off-grid solutions and technical equipment according to the customer’s needs, and we cooperate with all major off-grid system suppliers.

The floor plans can be adjusted and customized according to the customer’s wishes at no additional cost.

Standard off-grid package includes:

• 3.5 kW solar power system with battery package and backup generator

• Laveo or Separett toilet solution (Cinderella toilet is also available for an additional cost 2000 EUR)

• Fresh water tank with pump system

• Wastewater collection tank

• Small wood-burning stove with chimney

• Gas-powered water heater

It is also possible to order additional equipment such as:

• Gas-powered refrigerator

• Gas oven

• Gas cooktop

As mentioned above, we can install other off-grid equipment in our houses depending on the intended use of the house and the customer’s specific requirements.
